  • Desired reinforcements/alloys are mixed to Aluminium/Magnesium and a cast of size 50mm OD x 300mm Long is taken.
  • This cast is placed in the extrusion setup and preheated to the extrusion temperature in this setup.
  • Once the cast reaches the extrusion temperature it is pressed at an high pressure against the die with fixed cross sectional profile to form a different shape.
  • The die can be interchanged to get different cast.
  • Pressure, temperature and other parameters are displayed and controlled by digital controllers.
