  • Molten metal is flown into the tube via pathway/runway which is at high temperature.
  • Hydraulic pump creates high pressure in the piston which presses the molten metal as soon as the melt is poured into the mould.
  • Once the cast solidifies, the piston is lifted and the die end plate is removed.
  • The cast is pressed again to bring it out of the mould.​
  • Pressure, temperature and other parameters are displayed and controlled by digital controllers.

Squeeze casting is the mixture of gravity casting and forging. The molten metal is poured into the die and immediately forged at an high pressure. The runway/pathway between the bottom pouring furnace and the mould is also heated at high temperature to avoid cooling and solidification.
